• Pro Version: Use on websites specified in your license
• Business Version: Use on websites specified in your license with additional features
• Agency Version: Use on unlimited client websites

4.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or share your license key
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the plugin for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Exceed the number of activations allowed by your license

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Renewals are charged at the then-current price

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Refunds are not available for:

• Renewal payments
• Accounts terminated for Terms violations
• Requests made after 30 days

5.3 Subscription Auto-Renewal

Annual licenses automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription through your account dashboard or Stripe customer portal.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Engage in spamming or black-hat SEO practices

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProRank SEO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Termination
