Bulk Edit SEO
Review and edit SEO data across multiple posts using list-view columns, WordPress Quick Edit, and Bulk Edit actions.
SEO Columns in Post Lists
ProRank adds SEO columns to WordPress post list screens so you can review SEO data at a glance:
- • SEO Status — quick visual indicator
- • Focus Keyword
- • SEO Title
- • Meta Description
These columns are read-only in the list view. To edit, use Quick Edit or Bulk Edit below.
Quick Edit
Click "Quick Edit" on any post in the list view. ProRank adds SEO fields to the WordPress Quick Edit panel:
- • Focus Keyword
- • SEO Title
- • Meta Description
- • Canonical URL
- • Robots Meta (noindex, nofollow, etc.)
- • Schema Type Premium
Bulk Edit Action
Select multiple posts using the checkboxes, then choose "Edit" from the Bulk Actions dropdown. ProRank adds SEO fields to the WordPress Bulk Edit panel:
- • SEO Title
- • Meta Description
- • Canonical URL (set or clear)
- • Robots Meta
- • Schema Type Premium
A dedicated Bulk Edit SEO page is also available via the posts-list bulk action menu for more advanced editing.
Post Type Availability
- • Posts and Pages — bulk editing is available by default
- • Other post types — enable with the per-post-type Enable Bulk Editing toggle in Titles & Meta settings
Best Practices
- • Use Quick Edit for individual post adjustments
- • Use Bulk Edit for applying the same robots or schema settings across many posts
- • Sort posts by title or date to work through them systematically
- • Keep titles under 60 characters and descriptions under 160
